- What happens in my first appointment?
- Most first-time clients begin with a HealWithTouch Consultation. We take unhurried time reviewing your health history, current rhythms, and goals, and design an individualized plan together. If you'd prefer to begin with SIWA MURTI or HTMA directly, that's also welcome.
- Is this a replacement for medical care?
- No. Everything offered here is complementary — designed to work alongside the care of your physician, never to replace it. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure disease.
- Do you offer virtual appointments?
- Yes. Consultations, HTMA reviews, and educational sessions are available worldwide by secure virtual session. In-person SIWA MURTI sessions are offered in Austin.
- How does payment work?
- Sessions are booked and paid online at the time of scheduling via Stripe. You'll receive an automatic email confirmation plus reminders before your appointment.
- What is HTMA and how does it work?
- Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis is a laboratory test that uses a small hair sample to evaluate long-term mineral status and toxic element exposure. Results are translated into personalized nutrition and lifestyle guidance during an HTMA Consultation.
- How is SIWA MURTI different from other care modalities?
- SIWA MURTI is a specific Balinese lineage passed down through generations of practitioners. It is gentle, non-invasive, and focused on encouraging the body's own restorative processes rather than acting on the body from the outside.
- What is your cancellation policy?
- We ask for 24 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules. Late cancellations may be charged in full so the time can be preserved for other clients.
